Who we are

West Kendall CPA is a practice of Antonio Perez CPA PA, a Florida-licensed certified public accounting firm with more than a decade of experience in tax, accounting, and advisory work. Our Kendall office at 16155 SW 117th Ave, Suite 1, serves the businesses and families of Kendall, West Kendall, and South Miami-Dade.

Every tax return we file is prepared or reviewed by a licensed CPA. Every client gets a direct phone number and an actual person who knows their file. We work year-round, not just in tax season, because the businesses that do best are the ones whose books are right in October, not just in April.

What we believe about serving Kendall

How the engagement works

It starts with a free consultation — by phone or at the Kendall office — where we learn about your business or your tax situation and tell you plainly what we’d recommend and what it would cost. If it’s a fit, we send an engagement letter with the fixed fee, collect your documents through a secure client portal, and get to work. Business clients get a monthly rhythm: books closed, questions answered, and a running conversation about tax planning so nothing is a surprise.

Antonio Perez CPA PA is licensed by the Florida Board of Accountancy and is authorized to represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service. The firm’s services include tax preparation and planning, accounting and bookkeeping, payroll, Florida sales tax, IRS representation and tax resolution, fractional CFO services, and business formation and advisory.
